Integrating with Claude
Overview
Claude is an AI assistant, made by Anthropic, that helps with writing, summarizing, and thinking through work. Connecting it to your workspace brings that assistance to where your work already happens, so you can draft, refine, or make sense of something without moving to a separate tool.
The aim is to keep the help close to the task. Instead of copying text back and forth, you can bring Claude into the work itself, asking it to summarize a long thread, draft a reply, or pull the key points out of something dense.
How it works
Once connected, you can call on Claude from within your workspace and put its responses to work right where you need them. You provide the context, Claude responds, and the result stays in the flow of what you were doing.
Summarize long documents or threads into the essentials
Draft and refine text without leaving your work
Ask questions about the content in front of you and get a clear answer
Because you choose what to share each time, Claude only works with the context you give it. Learn more about using AI in your workspace to see the range of tasks it can help with.
Working alongside your team
The most useful place for an assistant is in the middle of the work, not off to the side. Connecting Claude means the help arrives in context, shaped by what you're actually doing rather than starting from a blank slate every time.
The best assistant isn't the one that does the work for you. It's the one that's there the moment you need it, and out of the way when you don't.
Used this way, Claude becomes part of how the work moves rather than another tab to manage, handling the small drafting and summarizing tasks that otherwise pile up.
Configure
A workspace admin can enable this integration from your integration settings. Once enabled, any member can connect and start using Claude in their work.
Connecting takes only a moment:
After connecting, you can call on Claude right away, and its responses appear directly in your workspace. For teams managing access across members, see the advanced configuration options to set who can use it.
