Integrating with Notion
Overview
Notion is a workspace many teams use for their notes, documents, and internal knowledge. This template offers an optional connection to Notion, so the docs your team keeps there can stay linked to the work they relate to, instead of living in a separate place no one remembers to open.
The connection is designed to do one thing well. When a document in Notion relates to something in your workspace, the two can be linked, so the context is always a click away rather than buried somewhere else.
How it works
Once connected, you can link Notion documents to the items they belong to in your workspace. A note about a project sits alongside that project, and a linked doc stays reachable from exactly where you'd expect to find it.
Link a document to the item it relates to
Open the linked doc directly from your workspace
Keep the connection current as documents change
Because documents in Notion update on their own, a linked doc always points to the latest version, so your team is never working from something out of date. Learn more about linking and syncing documents to see how connections are kept current.
Configure
Setting up the optional Notion connection takes only a moment. From your integration settings, connect your Notion account and choose which documents or pages to link. Once authorized, the connection is active and your linked docs become reachable from your workspace.
You can link as many documents as you need and adjust or remove connections anytime from the same settings.
