Integrating with Vercel
Overview
Vercel is a platform many teams use to deploy and scale their web applications. Connecting it to your workspace brings your deployment activity into view alongside your work, so the people tracking progress can see what's shipping without opening a separate dashboard.
Once connected, your projects link to the items they relate to. Each connection is mapped to a single project reference, so whether you're shipping one app or several across environments, the current state of every release stays easy to follow.
How it works
After connecting, your projects stay in sync with your workspace, and the deployments that matter surface automatically where your team already works.
New deployments appear as they go out
Status updates as builds move from queued to ready
Each environment shows which version is currently live
You can link a deployment to a specific item by referencing it from the connected project. This creates a link from your workspace to the deployment and a linkback in the other direction, so the release and the work behind it stay connected. Learn more about linking deployments and environments to see how references are matched.
Preview deployments
One of the more useful parts of the connection is visibility into preview deployments. Every change can generate its own preview, and the integration surfaces these next to the work they belong to, so reviewers can see a change in context before it goes live.
Seeing a change running is worth more than reading about it. A preview link turns "I think this works" into "I can see that it does."
Because each preview is tied to the item it relates to, feedback happens in the right place, and nothing gets lost between the work and the thing being reviewed.
Configure
A workspace admin can enable this integration from your integration settings. Once enabled, any member can connect their projects and choose how deployments are linked.
Connecting takes only a moment:
After connecting, your projects begin syncing automatically and linked deployments appear right away. For teams working across multiple Vercel accounts, see the advanced configuration options to connect more than one.
Vercel is also available as an MCP server for use with connected agents, so deployment status and preview links can be surfaced directly in natural language.
